You're responsible for the content you add. We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee that data will always be available or error-free. Please maintain your own backupsof important data; we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or recovery of your data.

3) No Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Backlog and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

5) Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the Service.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
